Talking Word Processor Software

Talking word processors, also known as TWP, is writing software, which provides audio feedback as the student types. The program also provides additional customized settings such as enlarged print, selection of different voices and adjustment of the volume. TWP devices assist learners with disabilities by reinforcing information that is typed, to be reciprocated through audio reinforcements. An example of a TWP device is called Write:Outloud, created by DJ, Inc.
