Universal
Design for Learning, also known as UDL, supports and promotes change within
classroom instruction. UDL encourages educators to implement assisted
technology, which is both appropriate and affordable. The Wiki Site is one of
the many web-based resources, which provides a multitude of supplies to apply
UDL within an educational setting. As a viewer to the web page, I believe the
layout was very well organized and accommodating. The website separated each
subject into its own category, each focus also including sub categories for further
specific tools, in order to meet the needs of a variety of learners. Along with
resources such as graphic organizers or math tools, the website also suggests
different applications to download, along with helpful topic related books.

ReplyDeleteI also agree that this website was very helpful in how to apply UDL to lesson plans and a learning environment. Having resources such as the UDL Technology Toolkit can help teachers expand their knowledge and meet the needs of various learners.
Along with Lauren I think this is a great resource. The toolkit is relatable for all teachers at any level.
